1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, including all major cities and towns. International shipping is not available at this time but will be introduced soon.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applicable.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional fee of ₹30.

3. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

• Kanpur & Nearby Areas: 2–3 business days
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations in India: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, weather conditions, and courier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your shipment on our website or via the courier’s official tracking page.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or courier strikes) may occasionally delay your order. We will keep you informed in such cases.

7. Packaging

All Cuirhide products are carefully packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure your leather goods reach you in perfect condition.

8. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to confirm the address and re-ship it. Additional shipping fees may apply.
