1. Returns and Exchanges

• Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 business days

2. How to Return or Exchange

3. Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 – 8 business days.
• The shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
